Overall, I really like the Aer TP3 as my main travel backpack but it would be way too much for a workbag and would be too big for a personal item. I got the TP3 small over the CPP. It’s $20 difference and you get a little more capacity, load lifters, more handles, compression straps, and option to add hip belt.
